I slept with a girl and now she's pregnant. She's putting the child up for adoption, which I agree with, but in the papers for the agency, it says that she represents the child was conceived through sexual assault.

So a girl I barely know and I had a drunken one night stand, which resulted in a pregnancy. However, she freaked out and told her parents it was forced. I talked to her mother and she didn't think it was forced and that adoption was the best course of action. I just received the papers to terminate my parental rights and in the letter from the attorney it says she represents that the child was conceived by sexual assault. I haven't been talked to by any police, or anyone other than the attorney for the adoption agency. Is this just so I can't contest my paternity rights? Any experience with this?
