One of my favorite games around reddit is to wait for one of those discussions where men "step out of line" and start talking about the types of sexism and discrimination that they face in life.

Eventually someone comes along and says something like, "this is actually something feminists are trying to fix... these problems are caused by toxic masculinity. Men need to be vulnerable and express themselves more".

Of course that's exactly what those men are already doing. Which seems to go over their heads.

So I call them out on it and accuse them of not listening. Bonus points if they call them incels or something because now they're engaging in the very behavior that they themselves claim is what causes toxic masculinity.

"This is men speaking up and expressing themselves. They're doing it all over the place in the comments here. So are going to listen to them or are you going to ignore them and call them toxic because they're saying things you don't like?"

We are on the front lines of ending "toxic masculinity". We are the brave few who are strong and vulnerable and are willing to speak up for all the men in the world who aren't allowed to have a voice on this topic.

So feminists really ought to be praising our sub for being progressive and part of the solution.
