Folks, this is just another dirty trick to suppress men. There are other 364 days in a year which they could choose to consider as women's entrepreneur day, but why didn't they choose any of all those days? It's obvious.

Feminist Wendy Diamond (The founder of Women's Entrepreneurs Day) decided to coincidentally choose November 19th in 2014 (15 years after International Men's Day was put on that exact same date) as Women's Entrepreneurs Day. That for me is a big disrespect. There already is an International Women's Day on every March 8th which is over 100 years old and which celebrates Women in general all over the world including Entrepreneur Women and all Women's achievements. So it's really insulting to choose November 19th which is International Men's Day and which celebrates Men and focuses on issues Men face.

The same old dirty tricks. As individual, all you can do is sign the petition. So please do it.

At my office last year on men's day, our social media girl posted about women's entrepreneur day and not men's day. She's a feminist who really doesn't like men.

It's becoming increasingly obvious they just want to keep IMD as obscure and irrelevant as possible - 'world toilet day' happening to coincide and now this.

If it was me, I'd just play the game right back at them now and move international men's day to another date...... I dunno, just a random date picked out the hat - say...... March 8 (International women's day).

I'm not really one for playing tit for tat games but the feminista would soon get outraged enough to kick up a fuss given the 2 occurring on the same day would make IWD just as irrelevant as they seem to want to go to great lengths to make IMD; giving the MRM an opportunity to highlight the crappiness of their behaviour lol.

Kind of take the shine off it a bit if they were forced to answer, "well, it's actually today" to the barrage of "when is mens day" questions they get every year on IWD.

Bullshit like this only serves to further drive men and women apart. Father's Day is next. They've already sniped at it in the past with various advertisements telling people to celebrate their mothers on that day(you can find a few on YouTube, or articles about them, etc).

Are mothers important? Absolutely. My mother has dementia and I've been taking care of her for three years. I try to do for her what she did for me growing up.

But mothers have their day. Fathers deserve theirs too.

Women have their day, we have ours. That's fair, and how it should stay.

If there is anything that can be done to put a stop to this bullshit they're attempting, post a link. Can we write in somewhere? Bring it to the attention of news outlets that will talk about it?

It's a classic tactic. They did this in Vermont by replacing Columbus Day with Indigenous People's Day. Having them on the same day means they have to prioritise which one to celebrate, and given the power to prioritise we know which one they'll choose.
