I have just found out, that my gym (council run) has a ladies only hour from 1:30pm to 2:30pm on a Thursday. (weights room) I went to see the manager and asked him about it, he said its been like that for years. I asked him when the men only time was and he said there was no such thing. I am paying the same amount of money for less time as the opposite sex.

I count this as sexist, because if it was the other way around women would be screaming about it. How do i go about fixing this, to make it completely fair to both sex's. I live in the U.K. (england)

Edit, email i sent to the council "I joined the Victoria gym as it is just around the corner from my work. I have started to go to the gym on my dinner as this fits better with my life and schedule. I was told i had to leave at 1:30 on Thursdays because there is a hour ladies only time in the gym(weights room), and when i inquired about when the male only times were, they said there is no such thing. Because of my gender (male ) i am paying the same as a member of the opposite gender but get less for my money. How do i claim back the extra money i am paying for less rights , or when will there be equal rights at the gym for the sex's i.e. a male only time? "
