This is actually pretty well in line with quite a bit of legal precedent. For example Manson got far more time for convincing people to murder than the people who actually committed the murders. He was considered just as liable for all the murders. Plus this guy also distributed the video online to other pedophiles and since he was supplying her with narcotics there were probably some charges related to that as well. I'm not seeing any real discrimination here since she got twenty years in prison.

Title oversimplifies. F video recorded child porn and gave it to M, M distributed it. M also drug dealer. M coerced F? Didn't catch the details of that, but if M held gun to F's head the whole time, I'd say M ought get more time than F ... but there's quite a mix of details and various bits - e.g. differences in criminal history. Both of 'em are scum. Mostly just a question of degree and appropriate conviction and sentencing.

These 2 scum bags should both serve equal time in jail without chance of early parole. and yes be on sex offenders list. And an ankle bracelet for 3 years after prison . Probation officer for the rest of their miserable lives. Disgusting SCUM. if they do this type of crime again after jail it means jail for life without chance of parole ever.

The woman who assaulted her infant was a different woman altogether, so this guy was a repeat offender, thus more likely to repeat in the future. Makes sense to me.
