Don't follow any advice that anyone gives you that starts "You should talk about...". Focus on doing your job, not activism at work - it'll get you fired.

You are, however, correct that this sucks. It's really common and we're going to have to deal with it societally. But please don't risk your job over it - it's not worth it, and any feminists at work will be really keen to push you out of the door over it.

How about the old KISS, Keep It Simple Stupid. You do not need to over complicate it By adding race or other cancers. It's Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, so do it. Prostate Cancer is the number one cancer for men and kills more men than breast cancer kills women. And because info is not as widely known as say many other cancers, it is very important to promote Prostate Cancer Awareness Month. KISS.

EDIT: Its important to hit as wide a demographic as possible. BTW it effects women too. Well ones that are married or date men. Imagine if your hubby, the love of your life started showing signs of Prostate Cancer and you just ignored them because you didn't know what to look for. six months later he is dead. Just saying its something to mention.

As with any subversive agenda it takes time to normalize. Do not push it to hard in the beginning. Mention it, in a month or 3 mention it again, get others to mention it etc until your sheeple get familiar with the concept.

When they know what it is about, you personalize it with personal tragedy. Your father/uncle/friend went through this horrible ordeal...

Now, create a cause to fight this terrible injustice. You want to make a difference and help these poor people...

As much as this situation is crap, don't forget the capacity people have to try to hijack other people's ideas to make them their own.

I've worked in places where you can't suggest going to the pub next to the office for happy hour without a dozen other people all throwing in alternative suggests and the whole thing becoming a free-for-all.

A little of this is going on as well, I think.

What you are dealing with is a major, major issue. If you really want to do something about it you will need to contact some of the more responsible and well-connected MRAs. I would suggest you send an e-mail to Robert Franklin at Fathers & Families. Since you have already disclosed the issue (without naming names) you are obviously willing to make some public disclosures, even if anonymous. When you run into sloppy MRAs, just ignore them and move on. The fact is that the entire culture is infected with cultural marxism (inculcated by school, entertainment, corporations (yes, "capitalists") and gov't). Please keep trying to make new connections. The problem you have run into will only get worse, much, much worse. Take note of the fact that for all the pro-African American rhetoric, the social engineering agenda (the "diversity") talk in reality produces boys who are uneducated, go to prison, get murdered, grow up with no father, and the politically correct "solutions" are only going to make these things get worse. It will take work, courage and time for you to accomplish any positive change. Thank you for being a normal ethical decent human being willing to rise above the zombie-narcissism of our decaying (and literally brainwashed) culture.

Another thought. Also look up Tom Matlack (thomasmatlack.com). He has the ear of the mainstream (politically correct) media and often challenges the status quo. Then contact him and send him the text you posted her, which is succinct and striking. He is likely to take an interest.

The cool thing about movements is that everyone gets to choose whether they want to be a part of it, and decides for themselves where their money, time and other resources will go.

I say that because if some of the women do not wish to participate, it means that their resources alone won't be allocated. But, they have no say in where your resources go, and you should not let them influence you to try to stop what you're doing.

The other thing, is don't get fired. Work is a place to work, and occasionally network a bit. It is not a staging ground for any political movement.
