Someone sent me this article in an ongoing attempt to legitimize a gender wage gap. It basically uses a few example jobs (i.e. Janitors vs house cleaners/maids) and the uptick of women in formerly male dominated industries, to present a gender wage discrimination in the workforce where women are now dominant in that field.

Buried in the article, the researchers admitted that they "estimate discrimination makes up 38% wage gap" (another way of looking at that is 38% of 20% is only 7.6%) But the title of the article and its mission is clearly to push the 20% "men are misogynists and women are oppressed" narrative. If anyone can find any other holes in this article, it would be much appreciated.
