I believe I read it on this subreddit somewhere but men get longer sentences, are more likely to be found guilty, crimes against men are punished less harshly, men are more likely to be arrested, more likely to be killed by the cops, etc. Some of these are as bad if not worse than the race difference.

These types of mentalities and platitudes are what built western civilization after the Dark Ages. Barbarism and savagery were warded off by the principles that are now dying thanks to the unfounded onslaught of ideology that has built nothing and is singularly designed to tear down anything standing while using little more than the morally relativistic justification that ends justify the means.

It's not about improving conditions of men's prisons, though that would certainly help (such as allowing men the same rights as women to make telephone calls to their children).

What is FAR more important, and is a more pertinent reason for changing sex in the legal system, is that men are imprisoned on average seven times longer than females for the exact same crime.

I think any legal counsel to men should be making this clear to a male client since it is very clearly in his interest to be processed through the system as being a female.

There are multiple reports of men getting into women's prisons by claiming to be women and then proceeding to rape their female cell mates. I'm all for men's rights, but men claiming to be women, so they can go to women's prisons, and play in women's sports, is completely out of the question.

animals are not protected by laws and not entitled to rights. so nobody is getting affected.
