I'm sorry, but if I came home and found a positive pregnancy test in the bathroom of my home, my wife would have to offer up a much better explanation than "its not mine, that's all I can say." I respect OP for keeping the promise she made to her cousin, but telling her husband exactly what happened, including all of the details except the person's name, and then taking a pregnany test to prove to her husband that she wasn't pregnant, is how OP should have handled that.
