I'm so curious what motivates these people to push a dishonest agenda. Is it intentional? Do they not believe the studies and try to act instead on what they believe to be true? What motivates it? Greed? Ignorance? Sexism?

Glad the senator looked at the study himself, but this is Australia which I understand is a feminist hell-hole a few steps behind Sweden. We need more clear eyed people like this in governments all over the world, so that it's the rule and not the exception.

The feminist approach to the DV issue is very irresponsible, more about jobs and funding "for the girls", demonizing men and enabeling the police state than anything else from what I can see.
