Our previous CEO was a woman, 2 out of 3 executive directors are women, 6 out 13 service directors are women and 20 out of 40 senior managers are women… but that’s still not enough apparently. So, once again, women are being given special treatment that men aren’t in the name of equality, in an environment where they’re pretty much on par, if not ahead of, men. We also have awards for women in social housing, but women can also win the normal ones as well. No male only awards. I’m seeing this kind of attitude in most businesses and organisations and it’s getting on my nerves that feminists keep kidding themselves that they are victims and need extra help to be better than men (note: not equal to).
