I worked at a private school that was 98% female staffed. Only myself and 1 other male, you would be shocked the things I would hear them say sometimes. Once in particular, we had an intern who was in college, probably 20 and we had a pool party at the end of the year at the YMCA and 3-4 of the teachers/admin were just ogling the dude joking with the younger teachers about going after him. If that was a 20 year old female and a bunch of males, they would be dirtbags!

At a party my roommates hosted, many of the guests were from the restaurant they worked at. One of the guests was a barback there, and he was raped by one of the other waitresses. I witnessed this in action, busting in when I heard him screaming because not only was he too drunk to know where he was or what was happening, but she was... improperly positioned, resulting in what I imagine was a lot of pain.

Not only was she not fired, not excluded from the circle of friends, but he got joked on for being a 'broke dick'. Had he complained more... well, she was a top earner, and he was disposable. I don't know how much that factored into the followup - or I should say lack of followup, but it might be relevant to this topic.

Oh, and the audio in this vid is horrible. Somebody get this man a better mic

Men are sexually harassed, assaulted and raped everyday. Any man that has been deserves justice, caring and respect. I do not want to belittle other men's struggle with predatory women. What follows is only my experience and how it made me feel. A few years ago when I was 25 and working as an assistant manager at a pizza hut my female boss repeatedly and quite often pinched my butt. We were and still are pretty good friends. I know that by the book she was harassing me but it really didn't feel that way. It made me feel good. I didn't have alot of success with women or confidence in myself. I had to come in one day to sign something and had on skinny jeans and a nice button up shirt. The whole time I was in the store my boss was whistling and making comments about how nice I cleaned up out of uniform. It made me a little uncomfortable for a few minutes but I was ecstatic the rest of the day because of the compliments. And I gained enough confidence to ask out a girl I was interested in the next day.

I was harassed by older females in a Government job. I was into bodybuilding and younger and the older ladies would want to feel my arms and stuff all the time. Had a female boss and her female boss sit in the office and openly talk about what it would feel like to have a penis and having that thing flopping around.

Then without missing the irony later started posting online about metoo and times up.
