Ok, so there's a semi-recent song by Bebe Rexha called "Die For a Man". In it, she's basically revealing female psychology. She says she in fact will not die for a man. No big surprise there, how many times have you heard of a woman dying for her boyfriend or husband?

But what's the ultimate double standard is that men are required to die for their girlfriend or wife. Honestly, if you were on a date and told your date that you wouldn't die to protect her, you know that's your last date with her.

Basically, women know men will die for them, and that they can easily replace you with someone younger and richer. They will move on in a heartbeat. My stepmom was posting gym selfies, telling people she was getting in shape to find a new husband a week after my Dad died.

So let's challenge the notion that a man should die for a girlfriend, for example. Fuck that, she's not your blood, and she won't reciprocate, so why die for her? You could argue dying for the mother of your children is noble but I disagree. Only your blood is worth dying for, so obviously, if I had children, I'd die for them without question. But dying for some random female I've been dating for 6 months? Fuck that, I'm sitting that one out.
