I couldn't put my finger on it first, but then it got more and more obvious.

"Happy Halloween, Scooby doo!" This is a thinly veiled SJW RadFem movie but it's slightly less subtle here. In the other movie "Curse of the 13th Ghost" it's extremely obvious. That movie is obsessed with condescending Fred and ruining his role as the leader. Daphne takes over while Fred goes on an insecurity crisis. Daph bosses everyone around and the movie gives no screentime to other characters, it literally feels like only Daphne and Velma talking 24/7.

Back to Happy Halloween movie, examples:

Elvira says something like: "Thanks to you guys, for proving once again that most creeps are just regular guys in a mask "and blah blah. Creeps? Interesting word choice here. I was weirded out slightly but didn't think much of it, maybe I was looking into it too much. Then it expanded:

Elvira again, compliments on Daphne doing heroic things and calls her a Mary Sue. It goes like "wow, you must be a real Mary sue!" My mind blanked for a moment. I didn't even get the point of this comment at first, but then it hit me. Mary Sue is an insult. It's only ever used as an insult. They used Mary Sue as a compliment, to give the message to kids that Mary Sue is a compliment.

Later on in a car chase scene, Elvira hands Daphne the blowtorch to fend off the evil pumpkins. she struggles to use it at first. Fred wants to help her, looks worried, and tells her whether she wants him to come over there and help. Daphne interrupts him with this horrible, condescending, irrational, mean anger and tells him not to "Torchsplain" or "Fredsplain" to her.

It looks like a thinly veiled propaganda device, especially considering how in the Curse of the 13th Ghost movie Daph takes over the leader position. Fred is mysteriously super clumsy, incompetent and clueless and needs to be told constantly by Daph the new leader. And then it plays out the same radical feminist power fantasies: Obsession with emasculating Fred, making him obsessed with an insecurity, bullying, bossing people around and irrational anger outbursts.

I'm only halfway through the movie and stopped there. This is a huge disappointment, it actually makes me sad. Children's shows shouldn't be corrupted.

Of course we then have Doctor Who and Star Wars, with plenty more. Ruined by SJW feminists. Both male favorites, it's mostly men who loved Star Wars or sci-fi. Kathleen made the "force is female" thing and hired a team of all female SJW writers. Same radfem power fantasy plays out. A guy (Poe) gets slapped by a purple short haired feminist with weird irrational anger.
