You may be right, of course. I submit that there is an alternative view:

Just because the left controls the narrative and tells you that something is unpopular or popular doesn’t make it so. Personally, I don’t believe that men’s rights are the sublimated and underground issue that the pretenders claim it is. Throughout 7,000 years of recorded history men have been the warriors, leaders, and builders of society. Not one society in history was truly matriarchal. This tells me that men are not going quietly into that goodnight and are raging against the dying of the light.

I think we’re on the precipice of a revolution. Whether it’s peaceful or violent is up to the left, but given their propensity for shooting people they disagree with, throwing shit at people they don’t like, and threatening children with death, rape, or other brutality, I have a feeling it’s going to be a bloody one.

2017 Congressional baseball shooting

On June 14, 2017, in Alexandria, Virginia, Republican member of Congress and House Majority Whip Steve Scalise of Louisiana was shot while practicing for the annual Congressional Baseball Game for Charity, scheduled for the following day. Also shot were Crystal Griner, a U.S. Capitol Police officer assigned to protect Scalise; Zack Barth, a congressional aide; and Matt Mika, a Tyson Foods lobbyist.

A ten-minute shootout ensued between the shooter—James Hodgkinson of Belleville, Illinois, a left-wing activist—and officers from the Capitol and Alexandria Police. Officers shot Hodgkinson, who died from his wounds later that day at the George Washington University Hospital.Scalise and Mika were taken to nearby hospitals, where they underwent surgery.

It's the distinction between 'public opinion' and 'private belief'. The former is what we suspect/ think/are coerced into thinking that others believe.

There are costs in revealing our private opinions. Every time we speak out we weigh that cost. Because of this, the 'public opinion' is never an aggregation of private beliefs.

Those with power are those people who can dissuade you from expressing a private opinion. By this method, they can give an impression that an opinion is more widely supported than it really is.

The amount of articles which promote the child free lifestyle in which you travel around the world endlessly, get to enjoy your hobbies freely and focus on your career heavily outnumber the ones that promote having a family.

For years lifestyle magazines were filled with success stories of single women who had amazing careers and great circle of other child free friends and every day was a party. Having a family became passé, since it had been already been done billions of times before. Nobody stopped to think about what the world looks like when there are no children or what will happen to the society itself. Was it done on purpose? Some like to think there's some sort of great conspiracy, but I find it that it's easier to explain away by simply attributing it to human greed and stupidity. Everyone wants to have it all, very few will.
