Pedo smearing is the new form of lynching. It is used to take away a man's rights and ability to live in his society. The purpose is to make the man homeless and leads to possible suicide.
The legal system doesn't work when those in charge are willing to break their own rules out of bias. Changing the zeitgeist has to happen before law reform has any chance of working

Progressive judges are not different.

The problem is not tradcon/progressive judges, but a corrupt system.

This kid got totally slammed unfairly.

I don't know that the judge is a "tradcon."

Maybe he's filling a quota of sex-related convictions as feminists demand.

According to the law, a 14 year old isn't capable of giving consent, much less "enthusiastic" consent.

So even if she was 19, unless she jumped on his dick and yelled "DOOO MEEEE" he'd still be guilty of a sex crime according to liberals.

You see then that it's not a tradcon/liberal thing, it can go either way.

Hookup culture by its very nature is dangerous.

He could be on the hook for child support for 18 years, instead he gets to fight it in court and get a reduced sentence.

I think the sex offender registry is unconstitutional.

If you're gonna jail someone then jail them.

But don't let them go free, and then say "ha ha nobody will hire you now for 25 years."

That's basically a death sentence.
