I’m honestly not shocked at this. I’ve always said that the law favours the women (when it comes to women vs men cases) and always will. Yes there are outliers and cases where sentencing is fair but the majority from what I’ve read over the last five or six years women always get either a lighter sentence or spared jail.

I fully admit that I havent thought through this comment at all, but heres an interesting thought experiment for you to do:

Imagine if we told rape 'victims' who want to accuse someone "Okay, IF the trial proves guilt you can choose 1 of 2 options. Either get the dude jailed, or get paid off. You cant have both". What would be the outcome of this? For legit victims not a lot would change, because they would want to see their rapist in prison for as long as possible. Thats a completely normal statement to make. However those who choose the money option would have to publicly state "I actually dont care about justice, I only want money".

Again, I havent really thought this comment through. Theres probably an angle that im not seeing that kills the entire thing.

So he goes to the police because someone is trying to blackmail him and the first thing they do is investigate the blackmailer's claims against him to try and get him convicted. This BS will just embolden blackmailers and scare victims from going to the police!

It seems elite class men are quite secured against false accusation compared to a common man. Which is why most women targets only non-elite men. Top men have some kind of legal immunity ,which makes them insensitive to other men's problem, most of them supports feminism because the feminists laws won't affect them.

I think the problem with giving out equal punishment as the supposed abuser would have got is the slim chance they aren’t lying. Imagine getting completely locked up when nobody can prove or disprove (i.e. 50% chance) that something happened or not.
