Please don't use ALLCAPS in titles.

It detracts from the readability of the front page. Changing from allcaps to lowercase doesn't change the meaning of the title. It's exactly the same, just better looking and easier to read. Lowercase letters vary more in shape. Some are taller than others, some go below the line. This makes them easier to recognise at a glance, and reduces reading fatigue.

It's also nicer to look at. There's a reason most words are in lowercase. Web pages are available that make it easy to change your case, so there's no excuse not to!
