The bias in our court system that almost invariably favors the mother in custody cases often isn't really for the benefit of the child, it's for the benefit of the mother. Since they don't give a fuck about the father, they'd prefer a situation where the mother is happy and the child is OK, over a situation where the child is doing great and the mother is fucked because she has no more grounds to receive spousal support or child support of any kind.

They grant custody to the mother in many cases, sometimes when she is clearly unfit, because that's often the best way for her to get social services and ongoing support from the father.

Seeing the video remind me of my ex-wife. She acts like this on a daily basis on me and the kids. The divorce Court, even with proof she was a violent and controlling woman, give her the full custody of the kids. The judge laugh at me for being battered and say I've probably deserve it. I'm so sick of seeing things like this just pushed under the court systems and being dismissed. I'm a single Dad in Alabama with custody of my 2 boys and my ex has tried several times to take me back to court to get the custody changed, not for the benefit of our boys, but because she is embarrassed by not having custody because it is usually given to the Mother regardless. She is motivated more by having "control", not by being a Mother...thank God the Judge saw right threw her as well! I hope and pray this father doesn't stop doing what it BEST for his precious little girl, which is get her away from the Abusive Mother and let his daughter be a little girl, once again, and to not have to be put in the middle of childish adult games that the mother is playing. . She should be in jail now! Gets to point guys where you have to say, enough is enough and I'm FIGHTING for my child, not for me. At that point, it will turn quickly, I know this as a FACT!
