What are some examples of MRA pieces of media, and why?

Recently I've watched an anime called "Kill la Kill", it's interesting and I found out it's pretty MRA, the protagonist is a girl who is on a quest to avenge her father, so it inverts the trope of a man trying to save/avenge a woman. The deuteragonist is a woman, the antagonist is a woman, the story is driven by women, which places them as the "doers", rather than the men(though there are plenty of important male characters), including the evil and psychotic facist villain, which is usually a role reserved for men.

In fact plenty of male roles are seen with women instead, even some light violence against female characters being used as comedy(when it's usually with men), the scene which I found the most interesting was when the army of henchmen appeared, except there weren't only men, and the animators drew a generic female figure to go around flying with each explosion like like there was a generic male figure, it's a rather amusing denounce of male disposability, as it wasn't only men being the fodder soldiers.

A lot of feminists go around complaining about sexualization in the show, which they pretty much miss the entire point of, as the message it passes is to not be ashamed of your body, and the anime even shows that men can be sexy too!

So yeah, Kill la Kill is definitely the most MRA thing I've seen lately, if you like anime, be sure to check it out(it's available on Netflix, by the way).

Honestly I thought the new Mad Max is a great example of what I believe Men's Rights is about.

Spoilers Ahead!!

There were 2 main characters, one man and one woman. Both were interesting, well written characters. Both had a pivotal role in the story.

In the story there were 2 civilizations represented. The male dominated group lead by the main villain, and the all female group of "the all mothers" or whatever they were called, can't remember. Both groups had failed in their own way. The villains group were all dying of sickness, and the female group had been wiped out completely except for 4-5 old women (from battle or sickness? I don't think they explained)

Both main characters had plenty of action and were totally bad ass. The female lead, Furiosa, had just a big of an impact as the male lead Max on them succeeding. I like this because it showed that men and women can be judged equally based on MERIT, not because of their sex. On top of that, only by co-operation of the male and female lead was a happy ending accomplished. The male led and female only groups couldn't do it on their own.

To me, Men's Rights is about equal rights, and judgement of a person based on merit, not their sex. The movie is a good representation of that.
