Right now, I'm thinking specifically of my entirely hypothetical/speculative theory that Amber Heard had a baby with Elon musk, in part, for financial reasons/leverage/security.

But, this potential scenario applies to most actual custody/paternity cases involving wealthy/celebrity fathers that I wonder about...so take the following case as a general query.

I realize that in this (again, mostly imagined) Amber-Heard- Baby-Daddy scenario, she wouldn't benefit directly. I also understand she is parenting solo and hasn't disclosed paternity to the public.

  • BUT, child-rearing/public disclosure aside, if Musk's (or any wealthy/famous father's, for that matter) paternity were in any way filed legally or played any role in the child's life, wouldn't that most likely involve $$?

  • More specifically...wouldn't it entitle the child to X amount of child support, at the very least? ...And doesn't said support increase with the amount of wealth of the fat3her? ...And isn't that amount only determined by what is assumed or predicted she will need covered/plan on paying for her child? (...See where I'm going with this?)

Would she be entitled to anything else - Any other tangible, hypothetical, immediate, or long-term/potential gain(s)?

What are the benefits of raising the spawn of a wealthy person, independently, semi-independently, or otherwise?
