I find it interesting this story has been posted to MensRights and Libertarians, though it was told by two different blogs.

Here, the take seems to be "Oh, look how women screw over men, and how the cops/judges never take our side."

Over there, it's, "Oh, look how the government hates responsible gun owners."

I guess everyone is going to find a way to relate it to their own issues. In the end, to me, it sounds like stupid people following stupid laws to the letter. Nothing more, nothing less.

I read this earlier today, and this just plain does not add. Period.

I got together with a therapist friend (also a mandated reporter) from the U.S. and we worked through this blog and the conclusion we came to - ex-wife with a restraining order, husband who should have put his guns in storage in another state, mother with a mental illness causing drama, one father being denied visitation and custody due to false allegations and games, and another adult father NOT HELPING HIS SON.

His first mistake was getting married. His second was having children. It is a sad story that is repeated over and over but the truth in 2010 is that men don't let men marry.

The first story seems like a case of the retards. I don't see how any man could just let everyone walk all over him. If he was moving to New Jersey, this should be noticed in the court. I don't see how any court could hear the actual story and then conclude what happened. If it happened anyway you take a shit on your hands and rub it all over the walls and declare justice dead...walking to prison proudly. If I ever got Andy Dufresned like that I would make sure they got a special message on my way out. I do blame that man for not standing up to the situation.

i'm not buying this. if the guy had his guns handled fully according to the law there should have been no problem.
