Ok, completely stepping aside from the fact that they defaulted to, "it's all the fault of the patriarchy" - doesn't /r/Malestudies ban anyone from /2XC, /feminism, etc to create as contaminant free subreddit as possible?

Also, I wish there were some kind of advance indication that a link goes into that gosspy gynogroupthink shit hole. We already know what they think.

You will notice the original post is about male studies as well, but I still posted it here.

Why?

Because 1) They feel the same way about r/MR, as clearly stated in the responses, and 2) The rest of Reddit shares their views, when they know we exist.

That is what the rest of Reddit thinks of us, whether or not that is the rest of reddit or they are even talking about us (and they are, in the comments). Haha.

Since r/MaleStudies and myself are being criticized here, let me respond:

Her account of the conversation is ridiculously inaccurate (surprised?) and of course she did not provide a link to the actual thread: here it is - judge for yourself. Also her account of why she got banned is pure fiction, she doesn't know why she got banned because she never asked.

Reason for banning: while everyone was being civilized and providing reasonable comments, antisocialmedic used the full spectrum of shaming tactics, strawman arguments, and insults that we get from every passing fem-bot.

She got banned for that, and that's exactly why r/MaleStudies was created for (the moderation rules are on the sidebar).

Excerpts from antisocialmedic comments:

"unbridled paranoia" (no explanation of course), "You just get more endearing by the second! I can't Imagine why you would attract crazy women" (shaming tactic), "angry wittle men" (insult), "I just don't think he has the balls to handle the conversation" etc...
