Well I dont know about the rest of the world, but here in my third world country women rights are a big issue but sigh.... feminism here is as bad as anywhere else, instead of actually raising voices for woman's issues they have picked up 'all men are trash' ' mansplaining' 'manspreading' etc from western countries and portrayed them as actual issue because they wanna feel like freedom fighters. People keep supporting various extremist feminist organizations here because half of them feel guilty about the state of women rights in their country and the rest feel that these feminists have the solutions when they in fact dont even know the problems of the common women and are just run by the elites who just wanna adjust the moral compass of the country to whatever the left is saying in america and europe.

That being said, the state of misogyny in this country is truly bad but it has been decreasing drastically for the last 5-10 years but sexism against men and negligence towards men's rights is increasing far more RAPIDLY.

The situation here is really weird, idk how to explain it, it's like any girl could write a made up paragraph against you on her social media profile eg twt and everyone will start attacking the poor guu NOT A SINGLE PERSON will doubt her. Same goes with legal proceedings, 99% percent of the time the judge will have to favour the female here because if it gets caught up in the news then he'll be labelled a misogynist by our country's elite.

And did i mention that most of the big feminist organizations are used as political tools by the party that backs them. Yea, and still people wont stop funding them.

The easiest answer: They think it'll get them laid. In short, don't underestimate the amount of rationalization a man can or will do to achieve an active sex life.

The medium answer: Indoctrination. Whether through education system or political affiliation, they are told from a young age to believe in a thing, and are never encouraged to find their own answers.

The hard answer: Willful ignorance. An extension of indoctrination; they're told men have always been the problem, and are so privileged as to not have problems of their own (as a class), and they willfully neglect to do any research, as they've been told all/any of the men's groups (or suspicious lack of organizations) are only hate groups. They are not encouraged to find truth; and don't see any reason so.

The extreme answer: They actually do genuinely do believe in/agree with feminism. Probably more common than you may expect. I'm at a loss for trying to explain how they might rationalize it, maybe because I've taken the red pill and it makes no rational sense to me. If I had to guess this "tier" of "male-feminist-ally" has to do more with social pressure or political alignment, with some combined aspect of any/all of the above 3 reasons.

Short answer - because some people who describe themselves as feminists are into equality, and because the word "equality" has a lot of interpretations.

Now, you may say that any particular person will flip-flop rapidly between claiming feminism is about equality and then going on to say things which directly contradict that, and you might be right, but society doesn't seem very interested in the contradictions and hypocrisy that so frequently attend this subject.

For what it's worth, if there's anyone out there who identifies as a feminist reading this, consider whether you'd be better off calling yourself an egalitarian. It means the same thing - at least, if you're behaving correctly, it should.

A point that I would like to make though is that many of these articles are blatantly misandric and positive misogynistic(Prejudice against a sex when it paints that sex in a "good light"). This is something that we need to do something about.

Men need to understand that in a social context, we should all be on the same team. Currently, we are so busy fighting over who the star player is, that we are effectively competing over who is the best of the worst team.

The simple, uncomfortable fact is men do what they do because humans evolved in a co-dependent fashion. Men specialized in physical, short term ways to gather more resources, women specialized in social stability and harmonization. This is a very basic explanation and most of men's and women's genetic expressions overlap and almost all differences are in distribution, we have different means, medians and modes despite the low and high ends of quantifications usually being the same.

Though something people generally don't want to contend with is that men tend to be the best of the best and the worst of the worst. Though best and worst are subjective categorizations dependent on context. It depends on what question your asking; The best murderer is generally not going to be viewed as the best person, however this depends on what an individuals perspective of morality is. There are a few expressions that are likely specific to sexes but I'm not a geneticist so I can't really name what they are.

In men perspective: its because they think blindessly that we live in a male privilege society. Meanwhile they are willing to give his rights away because brainwashed or has feminist family members.

In female perspective: if i still complaining about they will think the situations its gotten worse than it is in reality. And that will flip the situation when you get job a aplication they are more willingly to contract you if you describes yourself as a woman or non binary , even when they have more rights than a man talking about(freedom/lifestyle and reproductive rights) they will say that they are aprossed. Another thing is the feeling of entitled of safety everywhere, for example complaining in the news about security when they are wallking on dangerous streets late at night. They didnt robbed/assaulted her because she was a woman, that happens because she exposed herself to that situations. In other case if that happens to me a cis gender male, i got stabbed to death and robbed and the news will not gives a shit about it. Because in not a woman. When a woman dies the news enters in a thriller sad reality mode on. "Woman got killed: beloved wife mother of 3 childs" Another thing to add its hate thowards men in general of medium/lower status or income. Or lower than her. SIDE ISSUE: When the term 'feminism' arises, we're talking in generalities. Thus, some feminists think A, others think B, others think C,D, E, etc. They don't all think the same things at the same times. What we're likely to do, as is the case with most distinct groups talking about another one, is pick the worst thing that other group - feminists - does, and then act like that's generally true for the whole group. And, we HATE that when other groups - feminists, for instance - do that with men.

So, SOME feminists do this, and SOME feminists do that, etc. is generally more accurate.
