Your second order of business should be to contact a reporter and offer them all of this information and proof on background. What "on background" means is that you are their source of information, but they can't use your name for a quote (since you seem concerned about the attention).

Health department. If you have hard evidence of the food tampering AND that management refused to take action the health department will take action.

As for the smear make sure you get your side of the story out there quickly. That way when she tries to say, "He contacted the health department because he hates women" you can counter with, "What does supposedly hating women have to do with food tampering? Whats more important, clean food or political ideology?"

Also head her off at the pass by calling her out on her previous smear attempts. That way it looks like she is using petty insults to silence someone that's tampering with food.

Whether or not I knew this person and the business she works for, I would send all the information regarding her admissions of breach of the health act, and the business manager's response to my complaint, to the local branch of the health authorities.

Any attempt on their behalf to smear you would be met with greater public shame to them for allowing 'fucking with food' to occur in the first place and possibly allowing it to continue in the second place.

If they tried a public smear campaign, then I would send the same information to media outlets, decrying this business and its response regarding public health and welfare. Concentrate on the issues of public health and the public will be on your side.

The business had it's one and only opportunity to do the right thing and at least try to allay your fears by saying they intended to enact disciplinary action for her activities. Hell they could have said they would reprimand her and still quietly done nothing, but chose instead to outright dismiss your complaint.

A business this dismissive of your concerns cannot be relied upon to treat anyone else any differently, and that is a public health concern.

Name and shame them for public health reasons, because these sorts of actions potentially affect everyone and have nothing to do with gender.

Usually the hard part is proving damages. Pretty open and shut when they outright demonstrate they're doing it to damage your reputation after you complained about them breaking basic food safety laws. Document everything. Lawyer up. It may be worth your time to look into getting a restraining order- a judge who's actually with the times will understand why doxxing someone is a gross abuse of free speech (and before you ask, its still doxxing if they take publicly available information to say, "this guy's a rape apologist!" to a community they know will then threaten assault against said person and their family.)

Get a lawyer. Have them write a letter that you'll be suing them for fraudulent product substitution. She will be fired. Note that it's probably not worth actually suing, but getting a letter written won't be costly.
