Its just normal manners if theres not much space, to try and make room for people, this woman was sitting almost sideways and had her bag taking up extra room because 'its her personal space'. Your space is your space, but guess what? On public transport you share that space with THE PUBLIC.

If she wanted space, stand and be on your own, the standing room seemed adequate.
