My wife of 20 years told me on Sunday that she'd been cheating on me and she wants a divorce, doesn't want any counselors or anything or any mediation. Said she wants to make it quick and she gave me 1 hour to get out of the house and pack my bags. My kids were at her parents place and she told me she would speak to them when they got home and didn't get a chance to say bye. She told me she cancelled all my credit cards (they were in her name I was 2nd card holder) and took me off our joint bank accounts. This left me with basically a few hundred dollars in cash and thats it, I had no other bank account because I thought this would never happen. We were deeply in love and we've been together for 26 yrs. I'm sleeping in my brothers basement right now till I figure out what to do, I have a degree in engineering I never used because I was with my wife.

My wife is a very wealthy woman, comes from a lot of money has a large trust fund and owns and runs a succesful business currently. I've been a stay at home husband for 20 years and and we have 3 kids who are 14, 12 and 10.

I contacted the best divorce attorney in my state and he assured me we will take her to the ringers, but I just feel so defeated. What will I tell my kids? I did nothing wrong at all, I have like $400 to my name and I'm going up against my wife and her family who are worth hundreds of millions. I feel like I won;t ever get to see my kids again and I'll be left homeless.

Where do I start? I feel like I'm a kid fresh out of college again and need to rebuild my life. Just so distraught.
