Crosspost "I’m struggling a lot lately" from /r/MuslimMarriage:

I use to be very eager about finding a spouse. Very active. Asking people in my community. I have been at it for more than 2 years now.

I’m tired emotionally. Now I am not into it anymore. I don’t message girls or ask people about it.

Now my thought is “why would I message, you are going to be rejected anyway”. Why would I try?

Also my problem is I am very shy about messaging someone.

I have been alone all my life even if I was with my family. Alone in my room. Alone in university. Alone right now. I’m in my 30s. Half of my life is over. Lived alone. No harm living alone other half.
