What to do when you have a good prospect but family is getting in the way?

Both my father and sister recommended a prospect to me. My father is friends with her father (educated, well known member of the community and active in spreading the deen) and I get along with him and am friends with the prospect's brother. My sister vouched for the girl's character and beauty. Unfortunately, my mother is vetoing it because she does not get along with girl's mother. What do? I understand that I need to listen to my parents, but its unfortunate since there is very few quality women in my community in the west.
