Apparently there are statistics saying that same-sex female partners are more likely to experience partner violence and are more likely to divorce.

There must be some issues or misenterpritation of data, because I've known many lgb couples and I don't see it. What I do see is the proof that gay/bisexual men have more sexual partners than lesbian/bisexual women because men in general like to sleep around more. But all the lesbian couples I've known are good and were less likely to end in disaster compared to heterosexual couples.
