More specifically, are they oblivious about how much men's looks play a role in attraction? do they really believe that average joe can win their hearts impressing them with personality even if they don't find him physically attractive?

is it:

A) They are genuinely oblivious or have never thought about it

B) They know deep down, but don't want to admit it to themselves because they don't want to feel shallow

C) They actually know it rationally

D) noone of the above (say what you want in this case)
