I must participate in this post because I have first hand experience with this.

First, you want to look for someone 22 or younger. I was a few weeks away from my 30th and it turned out he was a fresh 22 (almost to the cut off age!). I found him at a sports bar on a weekday night looking super sad. I think hunting during the week is essential because the boys are easier to isolate and assess. He had 2 partners before me. It's really great to go younger because they don't have any real baggage and are very open to any kind of new sexual experience you are interested in.

I call for specialized doctors who can devise testing to see which males have touched the gaping holes of ruin. Apparently up to 50% of men will have the HPV virus. And I believe that doctors can apply vinegar to identify warts that are not visible. That would rule out half of 'em. Perhaps they can also test smega for female cooties, which would prove the man has been tarnished by his rampant sluttery.

I'd also advocate for lie detector testing for those men upon whom slut-detection proves slippery.

To be very sure, you'll need to secure an untarnished but hot male in his teenage years and keep him locked away until he's of age. Then marry him. Never allow him to earn an income. You'll need to spit out babies that he'll need to stay home and care for and be sure to pile on the domestic duties - that'll keep him busy and wholesome. Go far in your chosen career and buy him pretty toys to distract him if he grows bored.

It's a difficult task you've set for yourself but one that's well worth it.

You have to find a guy that hates clubs and bars and such, guys that like being at home usually don't get around much. You'll pretty much have to meet these guys through friends because they basically only go to work do grocery shopping then home and occasionally visit friends.

The downside is that he might be a little boring. I know some guys like that, a few of them would be decent looking of they cared about how they dressed. Your standards of what is attractive may vary. You did say you had good upgrade game.
