I think the highest commitment a plate will ever get is Top Plate because once one of his many women, always one of his many women. I've known plates to move in and be in a committed living arrangement, but I haven't yet seen the man drop other women from his routine for a woman who plated herself.

I have seen men drop all of his other women for a woman who refuses to be plated and is of high enough quality (adds a lot of value to his life) that the man decides that an exclusive relationship with this one woman is worth that exclusivity. Most of the hard-core old school PUAs have done this, and many are now married to those women.

A woman willing to endure life as a plate of Chad Thundercock No. 19 reveals a lack of self-awareness, realistic appraisal, and long-term thinking necessary for a long-term relationship, IMO. A woman who believes she can lock down a sociopathic Chad is naive at best, delusional at worst. This lowers her RMV, and if she's pushing her upper-20s, her SMV clock ruthlessly ticks her value away.

This compounds with today's horrible divorce laws, which hurt every woman's RMV nationwide (assuming RP ideas spread).

This isn't absolute. There are shades of greys and variation in-between. I prefer a point system, where her RMV decreases for every year-long revolution around the CC, but she can compensate with intoxicating charisma, shared values with a prospecting mate, etc. Shit's complex.

This is the crux of some contention in the womens' subs lately.

Some senior RP guys claim that every woman has to pass through "plate" phase, because when you first start seeing her and haven't committed or said words of exclusivity, she is by definition a plate.

But I do not recommend this outlook for women. (1) if he was intentionally "spinning" plates, AKA deliberately fucking multiple people, his main goal is not the same as yours, whether or not you eventually get exclusivity. (2) Dirty as hell to be sleeping with someone who just jumped out of someone else's bed. If it was in someone else really recently, I don't want it. (3) There are still plenty of men who want monogamy and are actually looking for an LTR, not just willing to have one if someone good enough shows up.

My opinion is that commitment should be earned on a continuous basis, just as men have to earn sex on a continuous basis. You can't just seduce a woman once and then say; 'right, now you have to have sex with me whenever I want,' then proceed to put in zero effort, so why should a woman get any guarantee of commitment from a man?

Actually, a few of my friends were with virgins at some point (I am only talking about those who were "unlikely" virgins, i.e. age 18 and older), and the one trait they had in common was indeed that they were exceedingly loyal (or clingy).

However, in 2 of the 3 cases, they would have been far better off had these women broken up far earlier. Which is also why I think virginity as such is overrated at TRP - just because a woman doesn't bail at the first chance doesn't make her a good partner.

Well the thing is, commitment from and to the sort of guy who spins plates isn't an upgrade, it is a downgrade. His peen is the most of what he has to offer and if you look beyond that for things like character, kindness, decency etc you are going to be sorely disappointed and forever having to fill the ethical void yourself. So the first step towards obtaining worthwhile commitment is to ditch the player.

Far too many LTR degrade into a roommate/friend situation where all the effort that both people put into it is just not worth what you get out of it. I do have an unusually low level of codependency compared to most of the population though. I think the average red piller is too obsessed with his own future happiness to lock themselves into a modern day LTR no matter how good the woman is. So nothing basically.

The answer will be different from every guy who spins plates. For me a plate earns an upgrade by being an amazing woman, who is loyal and attentitive. I do not want an LTR with a woman who has been with lots of guys because I have concerns about her ability to pair bond. It is a red flag to me and means I do not consider any such woman for an LTR.
