I know it's not particularly a walk in the park for a great many, but men have a fair amount of areas they could leverage to "win friends and influence people" in the words of Dale Carnegie, but espesh ppl of the XX chromosomal variety.

First, let's address the "immutable" traits (listed in no particular order):

  1. Genetic physique (shoulder width, height, muscle composition, capacity for bulk/shred, penis size, etc.)
  2. Face shape and genetic aesthetics
  3. Hair type
  4. Baldness quotient
  5. Vocal timbre
  6. etc.

Second, let's address the "mutable" traits (listed in no particular order):

  1. Physical fitness and health
  2. Grooming
  3. Styling
  4. Vocal intonation and cadence
  5. Social acuity and charm (these are easier for some than others, but anyone in Sales or Bus Dev knows they are skillsets most ppl can master with practice) which can lead to social status and professional status
  6. Drive/ambition, which can lead to professional status and social status
  7. Shared principles/values/outlook (niche-maxing)
  8. Income
  9. Talent or skilled discipline, which can lead to professional status and social status
  10. Personality attributes such as "not too high-inhib" "not too neurotic" "not too cynical and ornery" "not too diffident" (these are easier for some than others, but anyone in Sales or Bus Dev knows they are skillsets most ppl can master with practice) which can lead to social status and professional status
  11. Curating a "masculine presence" and "self-possessed" air about oneself
  12. Culture
  13. Etc.

If you're lacking in the former, isn't the natural inclination to offset with the latter? Let's say, worst case, you're a young balding 4'11 man with an overbite -- if you focus on status and behavioral presence, even if she doesn't desire you the way you wished, she'll respect you, and quite frankly what's the difference? A dutiful wife is a dutiful wife.

I'm not a "HB 10" so I tend the gap by being "cool, sexy, and risible." You know "feminine wiles," identifying your lane, all that jazz, etc.

Has the art of "masculine charm" been beat out of the noooobs?
