Despite the controversy, Olympic rules state Hubbard is within her right to compete. IOC guidelines for female transgender athletes only require that the athletes pass a series of hormone tests, which Hubbard did.

In my opinion it should count as doping since a transitioning doesn't affect the heart, cardiovascular system and blood that much. Should trans get their own class or compete in the one they were born in?
