I came across this tweet and it's shocking to me that women can't understand why men don't like women multi-dating.

If a woman is continuing to see other men whilst seeing you, then that means she thinks those men are competitive options to you.

Why would any man be happy with merely being about as good as her other options in her mind? Even if she ends up picking you, who the fuck cares. Why would any man be happy with only just edging out her other options in her mind?

If she doesn't stop seeing all other men after going on a date with you, then she's not into you. Or at least, she's certainly not into you enough that she deserves your commitment.
