I mean I guess you could say FDS women are “red pilled” in the sense of being fully aware of the ugly side of male nature. But FDS and RPW are two pretty different approaches. They both believe in carefully vetting potential husbands, but the main difference is FDS focuses on putting yourself and your career first, while RPW is more traditional and focuses on finding a good man and keeping him, but isn’t necessarily full trad con. I personally find RPW tend to a bit naive actually, but FDS isn’t great for actually getting or keeping a relationship, just weeding out the bad ones.

It's not really the same. If you go to the FDS sub, you will find no shortage of women encouraging other women to string guys along. FDS seems to be okay with locking down BB, while keeping AF on the side. What Rollo Tomassi calls "Sandbergian Hypergamy." That just means you fuck all of the guys you want while you're young (Ride the CC) and when you're 30, you can settle for the "safe guy." The reason it's called "Sandbergian" hypergamy is that Sheryl Sandberg, the COO of Facebook, famously advocated for this specific dating strategy.

RP women acknowledge the existence of hypergamy and AF/BB, but they don't seem to be nearly as interested in riding the CC. These women are interested in preserving their value for the most part. FDS isn't concerned with preservation of value, or anything like that. It's a strategy to finesse men, whereas RPW is expressing the reality (or at least trying to) of what men find valuable in women. Don't get me wrong, RPW still gets it wrong sometimes (e.g. their reasons for why men cheat), but they are far closer to the truth than FDS.

FDS is simply PUA for thots.

i mean to me, being red pilled just means believing in rp concepts and ideas; like any other “pill.” it’s like how some people say there’s a difference between the original red pill and the red pill as a modern movement.

there is no such thing as a “rpw” the way people here seem to think there is. in regards to the sub: a “rpw” isn’t tradcon (although tradcons would be considered rpw), nor is she a domestic slave, or anything else really. a “rpw” simply uses the framework rpw provides and tailors it to work for her relationship (if she’s using it correctly, that is).

some of the women who engage in the rpw and rpwives subs have relationships that aren’t anything like tradcons, they’re just using the advice to help their relationships.

but the obvious difference between the two is that fds is a dating strategy, while rpw is for relationships. so, realistically, a woman could be both if she wanted.

RPW really only works for religious women (read: virgins) who can go for men who will wait for sex. Anyone else using the strategy is a just "pick me" and will probably be manipulated.

RPW uses their own actions to try and steer men into being captains, to change a man. FDS only accept the finished product.

Which you know, men are human, have problems and few of them are great out of the box. As a woman you'll have to make concessions and put up with some bullshittery so if you want a relationship, just find the least annoying one you can :).

I find FDS and RPW both pretty valuable. FDS helps women to not be taken advantage of, and really create a sense of self as main priority. FDS helps weed out the rotten apples and truly focus on the golden green ones in terms of dating. When I was not married, FDS was a great source of information. I still love FDS honestly

I am married now, and want to keep a happy home, and therefore RPW is really valuable in this aspect. RPW focuses on maintaining your man happy and how to cultivate the life of your dreams through respecting your partner and your family. A lot of people may not fully understand RPW, but then again, a lot of people haven’t taken the red pill so it’s not for everyone.

What does being a “red pilled woman” mean?

Does it just mean you’re pragmatic instead of idealistic about relationships? Then I’m a RPW.

Does it mean that you think TRP concepts have a great deal of truth or them (when you strip away the shock jock language). Then I’m RPW.

Does it mean you acknowledge that men require a certain amount of ego stroking to stay happy? I guess I’m RPW.

Does it mean you take a mediocre man and try to build him up? That seems like the boat a lot of those women are in from what I’ve read.

If I bring my H a cup of coffee in the morning (which has been our morning routine for 12 years) and or make him a sandwich or tend to his needs in a bunch of other ways, does that make me RPW? Is RPW the antithesis of feminist?

We don’t have a concise definition of the term. We don’t even have a consensus on TRP and there’s a fucking handbook available on the sub the most men here have never read.

Both want massculine leaders but RPW seem to be bridge builders unlike FDS. Some here say that they are pick mes which could be true but I don't think so. FDS is more popular because it's easy with a grain of misandry to seal the deal. I've commented that RPW becomes more like FDS but with some introspect it's an unfair statement. A lot of RPW seem great and healthy for society - unlike FDS.

FDS and Red Pillers are both people who can’t get laid and don’t get attention. And instead of admitting that they’re the problem, blame the other. Both suffer from sex droughts, bitterness, and anger. My favorite thing about both is they’re also undercover simps and pick mes, the very people they claim to hate. Red Pillers would turn into a simp if a hot woman paid attention to them and FDS would turn into the pick mes they hate if a hot guy paid them attention. They want us to believe their stances are by choice, when really it’s by default because they’re all unwanted, sexually undesirable, and angry about it.
