A large chunk of incels aren’t even ugly, but they have horrendous mental health and self esteem issues coupled with piss poor social skills. My best advice to incels (as a woman)

A) Work on your hygiene/style. Seriously, if you are an acne-covered neckbeard, wash your face, cut your hair (and keep it not greasy), clean up your eye brows, and wear deodorant. If you are pale and you have crap facial features you still could go from a 3 to a 6 if you have a clean look. A nice trendy, trimmed, hair style, facial hair that suits your face type, clean, wrinkle-free stylish clothes that fit and deodorant + cologne go a long way. Unless you are morbidly obese or tragically disfigured, hygiene, style, a bit of working out and a nice tan can seriously improve how attractive you are to women. Don't let the incel community convince you, listen to men who get laid and women. We will tell you most women don't need chiseled abs like Jason Mimoa. If you are out of shape and you don't have the facial features to make up for it, trying to tone up a bit can't hurt, but there are lots of skinny dudes and dad bod having dudes who don't have conventionally attractive faces that still rank in the vag if they know how to smell good, stay clean and dress right.

B) Work on your personality. It make take some time and therapy but you have to unlearn or at least learn to mask your disdain for women or your bitter loneliness and learn how to be friendly, flirty. But moderation and middle ground is everything, don't be TOO flirty. You will come off as creepy or just as a straight up womanizing douche bag. When you are telling a chick you like her, stop with the "you are so beautiful I'd do anything for you to be mine" or other shit you think women want to hear and swop it with "you seem really cool, I'd like to get to know you more." or "Hey, we met the other night and you caught my attention, would you like to go grab coffee one day?" Be more casual about it, you don't want to start with the sappy shit until you have already started dating. You don't beat around the bush too much though because the chick might not realize you like her like that and then you get the oh-so famous FRIEND ZONED evil music plays

C.) Last thing, shoot within your league. If you are unsure where you stand, take a selfie and body shot and put it on a rating subreddit. If you are are 3 or a 4, stop going for girls like this
