I have sex more or less every day

So for me a lot of times she’s just there and why not. We get to touching a bit and maybe dancing or moving a certain way, or we are in bed goofin around, we have sex. It’s not a big deal. I’m not usually planning to have sex like, “HA HA HA I CANT WAIT TO GO TO BED TONIGHT GONNA FUCK THIS BITCH”

I used to have sex every day, when I was in my 20's and in a good relationship. However, I'm in my mid 30's now, and while I still feel pretty energetic, I just don't really have the interest in having sex every day. If my girlfriend really wanted it that much, it would be a chore. We're usually having sex 3-5 times a week, which suits me just about right (though recently having too many house guests and hosting a series of visiting relatives have been interfering with this).

This was not the case before I got on TRT. My levels were the same as the average 93 year old man, hence my libido was garbage. Once I got treatment and raised my levels to normal, I was ready to smash every day.

Yes every day when I have had enough sleep, not stressed, not over training in the gym or being over worked. But I have noticed a gradual decline with age. From 3 x a day in teens and early twenties, to 2x a day mid twenties, to now over 30, 1 x a day or 1x every second day is more than enough.

I think male libido tends to be slightly exaggerated. People tend to point at the amount of testosteron in men vs women, and use that as evidence, but I think there may be big differences in the potency testosteron has on the sexdrive of the respective sexes as well. Maybe I'm missing something here, but my experience is that women are about as horny as men.

Personally I'm a 2-3 times a week kind of guy, and that seems to be very much in line with what I hear from my mates as well. And if you have a look over at r/deadbedrooms, it seems to be about a 50/50 split whether it's the man or the woman who is the low-libido partner.

So yeah, I'm not sure I'm buying into that. But there are so many other aspects to consider here as well, like how women may be "putting out" more than they actually want to in order to keep the man satisfied.

I’m in an LTR, and we have sex when ever we’re together. If we lived together, it would be every day. To answer your question, yes, when possible I like to have sex once or twice a day. But there are definitely times when I don’t. What I’m getting at, is there isn’t some constant fiend like thirst involved lol

I probably could get laid every day if I put my mind to it but no. But the reason why I don't like sex that often isn't because my libido isn't high it's because too much intimacy with a gender I don't trust doesn't feel comfortable to me. I wouldn't want a woman to use my dependency for sex to manipulate me so I consciously create distance to mitigate that risk.
