I dunno. I don't really care that much about sex so in that sense I don't mind waiting. I do question how compatible I'd be with someone who cares so much about sex that they've got special rules for when it's okay to engage in. On the other hand, I doubt anything would ever happen between me and woman B considering I'm not a big initiator, sexually or otherwise.

Here’s the issue with the woman on here.

Men have no issue waiting. (Marriage might be the actual deal breaker since marriage itself is kinda screwed in the west but that just means it’s legal system they’re opposing not the exclusivity) If there’s a guarantee and expectation that she herself has waited in the past and is someone of high character.

Like I’m from a culture were men and women wait till marriage. Why do the men actually wait? Why do I myself wait? Cause they know the women will and that expectation of a high quality spouse is there.

Number 1, cause I've experienced(well some of it) last year. I first found out that she was into me through my cousin, and she started to get very affectionate and made excuses to get close(I walked into my room with her playing my guitar) to me, but I rejected and avoided her because I was deep in depression back then.

If I'm looking for a genuine relationship, then 1 (difficult still). If all I want is sex and a physical relationship, then 2. I've dated very religious girls and have experienced #1. That scenario helps develop the connection, however without to ability to express intimacy the relationship will be strained. Number 2 and how most of my relationships have been anyway. I guess I don't really have much complaints about women not "initiating." They do in very subtle ways that we don't recognize or define as "initiating" but to them it is and it makes them feel vulnerable.

Once you pick up on their cues they might as well be initiating because it is essentially the same thing minus actually "making the move."

I do think we conflate initiating with 'making the first move' often. Without getting into the weeds of pedantry I don't mind women who do not "initiate." You can mostly read her cues and with almost certainty predict her answers of being asked out or the relationship becoming sexual. There's a grey area of course, but it's hardly an issue to where I'd rather be with some tradcon no-sex-before-marriage type.

I don't have any first hand experience but literally everything I've read confirms sex life gets only worse by time. I am not that deluded to assume some woman can ever be that attracted to me she actually wants something sexual but with the first option it is clear she wants a sexless relationship and 'waiting' is just a trick and excuse. We are living in 21st century and these days it's not normal to wait until marriage, not in the culture I belong to at least (in case that was normal for someone of her background I might consider it but very reluctantly).

If I want a girl just to fuck then very obviously I would rather have girl B

If I want a girl that I can commit to then definitely A, although I am against marriage so the sex is probably never gonna happen then. I would be ok with that as long as I can still pork girl B on the side with girl A's consent. But if girl A is dead set on that marriage thing then nop, I would end it with her and go with girl B. My freedom from marriage is non-negotiable.

Option 2, without a doubt. I think all of us guys who are shy about approaching would quickly grow out of that shyness if we knew for certain that the juice was always worth the squeeze. If girls were open to our sexual advances, approaching her and initiating things would be no more painful than placing your food order in the drive thru. Its the fear - and the reality - of rejection that makes initiating and approaching so taxing.
