Questions solely for women/men are of little value due to people's unconscious desire to protect their self-image/lack of self-awareness

Questions about people's desires, values, feelings and actions, as men and women, directed solely at the sex the question concerns, reveal little about what men and women are truly like.

Most people give an answer that reflects well on their sex, as they naturally don't want to put themselves down.

More often than not, people are unaware that what they say and what they do are usually very different.

The best way to find out what men are like is to ask a woman. And the best way to find out what women are like is to ask a man. Because then you discover what people actually DO not what they SAY. Our internal dialogue is unimportant: all that matters to the opposite sex is our actions.
