I think the best approach to any relationship is "hope for the best, but be prepared for the worst".

This is not limited to romantic relationship, but also contractual ones (AKA your job). If people really want to cheat and are given the opportunity, they will do it. How are you gonna stop them? keep them locked up in the house? Put a webcam on they forehead to see what they are doing? At that point in time, the relationship is already over if you are considering this.

All of the HVMs I know, say 8+, are cheaters, and we are talking dozens here. I'm sure there will be exceptions, but reality is if you want a faithful man you have a much better chance going with an average joe. All depends on how somebody is defining “High Value”. If loyalty is connected to “value” in anyway than the cheater cannot be defined as “high value”. I’m of course though being pedantic and by “high value” you mean high status- somebody who is very attractive to a lot of Woman. Being deceitful and cheating behind her back is not ok. That being said I do think guys with status, looks, and charisma can break the rules. I think it’s less about the man and more about human nature. If your partner has limitless access to attractive potential partners because literally everyone wants them, there’s a chance they’ll cheat. I don’t think this is a “high value man” issue so much as it’s a fear of missing out/stupid human issue

If he’s a cheater, he’s not high value in terms of RMV. Maybe SMV or monetary value, but not relationship value it terms of someone you’d want to spend your life with, start a family with, etc.

Because if he cheats he doesn’t respect you. Maybe “love” on some level, but not respect, and love without respect on both sides is not enough to sustain a relationship. Now some women don’t care, they just want the bag. But those aren’t high RMV women either.

Basically nobody goes into a relationship expecting their partner to cheat. Even if others “saw it coming,” people expect faithfulness. Especially if you’re married, it’s in the damn vows. Now do women know that more desirable men are more likely to cheat with more women? Sure. But they still are hoping he will not. Less desirable men cheat too. The wife being more attractive is no guarantee of anything.

Maybe Jason should’ve said “hey I have no intention of being faithful to you” if it was supposedly common knowledge he’d cheat?

I don’t think being wealthy or “high value” is the determining factor. Rather it should be whether he’s a degenerate or not. If he makes music talking about partying, drugs and “hoes” or is an athlete that spends all his off time in strip clubs and nightclubs doing cocaine, then I do question the intelligence of women who think these men would make good family men and partners. Some undoubtedly just get together with them for the money and fame.

Castration is effective against repeat sex offenses. People also can cheat EVEN THOUGH they feel absolutely horrible about it because it is a form of COMPULSION/ ADDICTION linked to past trauma, just like any kind of addictive behavior.

These things noted above in my comment are in defense of cheating being not seen as strictly as some people would like to see it. Only psychopaths and people who cause great harm knowingly against their conscience deserve extensive punitive measures IMO, and I don’t perceive infidelity fit fit into the category of extreme harm unless the can be determined to enjoy hurting his or her partner rather than the act of sex with a novel individual as an escape/coping mechanism. I have cheated and I fit the categories of afflicted by extreme compulsion due to childhood trauma, as well as high sec drive , but clearly since I’m not a low IQ psycho I don’t act nonconsensually on my urges, and at that, I don’t have fantasies of hurting people either (except under the category of the fantasies of bringing violence to deserving foes, as depicted in most forms of film and television, which is normal to enjoy)

A HVM would never expect their partner to even fathom being cheated on, cause that means the partner themselves is not of the same value. Cheating is actually a glaring crimson sign of very low self-esteem, applicable to all cheaters. So obviously, even having a moon full of wealth will never fill that empty feeling of a bottomless pit. Accepting dishonesty means accepting that you yourself don't deserve the best that you yourself can give, which makes you low value.

However, women should not be surprised if they are with a partner only because of looks, wealth or other transient characteristics since that speaks of insecurity and the guy will take advantage of it not because they have all the high 'value' to attract anyone, but because they are so low value that all they can do is flaunt what they have, when they have it before it's all gone cause they know their value is going down sooner or later. But the real high value folks really don't give a fuck and are busy building themselves into who they are and not what the world wants them to be, if someone does not like that, oh well that's their issue; vanity has no place in their dictionary. Applicable vice versa too. No surprise the vices are rising every single day on this godforsaken planet.

But given the current state of the world, 99.999% of homo sapiens are literally of no value in anyway whatsoever.

To me value isn't the money they have, or the Adonis perfection male standard of beauty. It's about the character of the man.

To me personally a high value partner is someone who treats me well, commits to the relationship, and is kind (not nice but genuinely kind). Like you can see bunch of hot dudes willing to play hide the salami sure they can be nice but if their commitments are just on a superficial sexual level like get out of here. But a decent dude who just wants to commit to you and just wants to be your partner that's a valuable man. That's a man adding something to my life not actively trying to take something away.

So no a cheating man is not a "high value man". He's trash.

Of course, respect, honesty and integrity and common values these days so a lot of men considered 'high value', have no problem with lying or cheating within a relationship.
