To RP men: Do you communicate your RP views to your irl friends, family, acquaintances, etc...?

I'm not RP but I think a lot of people seriously overestimate the gap between what those guys sound like and what guys who do well with women or at least date regularly sound like in exclusivley male company. Usually you don't hear it in settings like yours because people usually have social IQ, but you just gotta listen to enough dudes talk about their dating lives one on one or in really small all male groups and you'll start hearing a lot of the same ideas.

Mind you the actual words they use won't be the same, because they learned the ideas from non RP communities and places that are offline and seperate from the manosphere, but the actual situations and attitudes described are often similar, because a large portion of men have reasonably similar problems and so trying to work out solutions to them is also reasonably common, and the solutions aren't that far removed from each other in terms of practical application.

But again, these guys only actually say any of it out loud in specific company, usually where theres no chance a third party will clearly hear them. But they'll still go out and try what is essentially plating, or they'll complain about a time they simped too hard, or they'll talk your ear off about female nature for an hour if you let them. You just have to be a non judgemental male in the same demographic they have some level of trust in and then it all comes out.

Of course. But I never directly mention The Red Pill. Even still, the issues that men face with women are all largely the same. TRP merely connects the dots.

Never ever tell a women your RP’d though. They care not for the process, only the results.

Maybe its just that I live all my adult life in Silicon Valley/Bay Area, but stealing the words of someone else, for the newer generations (or at least those in my surrounding demographics) online culture IS the culture. Whether it be my close friends, or someone I just met at a meetup, I hear Red pill concepts everywhere.

The name of the game is to always double down on being an asshole. I believe a friend of mine was trying to neg me in public. He loudly announced to a crowd that I was "sexist". And so I upped the ante, and I said, "No, not sexist. Misogynist." And then everybody could see how full of shit the very premise is.

Do I talk about Red Pill principles. Yeah, all the time, when it comes up. Is it alienating? Not at all, because I can maintain the frame.

I don't mention RP itself for the same reason I have a feminist friend that stopped to call herself that for the stigma it gave her.

If you're not socially deficient you realize very early you get far better reactions when talking about the knowledge itself as it feels like common sense/doesn't carry the stigma. But like, avoiding as well the big generalizations along with not trying to fit that in every conversation.

If you're doing it well, men approve, and women just see you as a man that "gets it", in my experience.

I’m not RP I’m just African and my culture isn’t vibing with the dumb games that happen in the US. Some things in RP is just re-discovering basic logic.

My more traditional American friends straight up don’t get somethings I say. But here’s the crazy thing.

I have very very left leaning friends. Who knows my views. Which they deem every -ism. BUT lowkey still listen to me on subjects. Like it’s crazy.

I had a girl who was the biggest feminist in the group argue with me for hours and call me a sexist later DM me at midnight.

It’s like deep down we all know there’s a difference between men and women and it’s deep in our bones. We can’t deny it and so no matter how much it gets covered up. Eventually there’s always resurgence of reality.

I pretty much say whats on my mind. Theres no filter lol. Whats sad to me is how many people are scared to say what is on their mind but I understand it. The thing is I work construction so its not like someone will run to HR because I told a dirty joke. However in an office I’d probably have to tape my mouth shut.

I do not particularly conceal my views on gender relations from anyone. Hardcore feminists hate me, ofc, at least in front of their friends, because I'm a masculine man, pursuing my life without making the required ablutions to "Muh FEMIIZMZ!!", but tough noogs. I have a number of female friends and acquaintances who either agree with my views or tolerate them, or think I am a player or whatever. We seem to get on well. I keep the vibe mildly subversive and it's not like I hate women - in fact I wrote a top-level post about how I do not nor do I think anyone should. But Bloopers believe what they want to maintain their own illusions.

Maybe you aren't even aware you're doing it?

I am friends with some actual TRPers off-board. A surprisingly normal bunch (from your viewpoint) with responsible jobs, etc. I know other men (and women) with similar views who are not, to my knowledge, on Reddit, or whose views are similar or reasonably congruent (e.g. TradCons. I am not a TradCon but I could live quite comfortably in a TradCon world. Bloopers tend to get all worked up with any disagreement; TradCons just want me to be less of a player and finally settle down and get married.)

I also maintain an email correspondence with a woman who PMed me after reading my stuff on TRP. I engaged her in conversation and offered advice to her situation (as she described it to me) the same way I would with the young men who reach out to me and after about a week, she went from basically hating me to thinking I was a good guy who was just trying to help.

You should probably bear in mind that most TRPers aren't members of some Giant Woman-Hating Club. Most guys show up at TRP because they got crushed in a relationship and don't understand why, or because they have zero "luck" at dating or because the stuff their dads (if they even have a dad) or they are signaled in the media isn't working and they want to be more successful with women.

Some guys just want a girlfriend, you know?

I'm not an evangelist nor is it my sole topic of conversation. I just enjoy having relationships with women on my own terms and ideally in ways that they like. So AFIAC, that makes me no worse (at worst) from the FDS ladies. I'm sure many of them have had bad relationships with guys in the same way that men have had with women. /shrugs

He might not care. Also, it's not off-putting to everyone. In any case, I certainly do not care if people don't like my views; they do not have to. Nor do I have to approve of theirs, etc. It's still a free country (sort of) for now.

So, how do you handle RP irl? And if you do talk about it, how do others usually react?

Not afraid to discuss my views, do not generally identify them with TRP because then the subject becomes TRP and not the ideas. First Rule of Fight Club, etc.

when you are in a group talking, women tend to be red pilled. they don't talk about personalities. they talk about who's hot.

there have been multiple times when there are no short guys around and women in a group talk about height. it sounds like a red pill forum.

I don't talk about it except for just the very basic stuff and only when asked. I just state my preferences of no single moms or girls with high body counts, that's it.

The guys talking about it are probably new to this. I made the mistake of talking about in the past and nothing good has ever come of it. Now I'll only say more if I see a friend that's ready to accept it.

I'm past RP, but my views, even if nuanced, still tend to go well beyond the current Overton Window on gender. So yeah, in the right context, I'll provide my opinion. I'll try to do it carefully.

At the end of the day, you have to try to take in the full context of a conversation. What the hell do you hope to accomplish by spouting off controversial viewpoints? Sure, sometimes there is a legit high level discussion and exchange of ideas going on. Go nuts. But most of the time the conversation won't go deep or long enough for you to be able to have any impact. There's often a religious element to most people's views on gender nowadays. In a short, normal conversation all you can hope to do is provoke and cause shit by being excessively and openly contrarian. You'll hurt your own rep. And the only reason you are probably doing so is to stroke your own ego and fuel your own self-imagined image as the 'deep contrarian who goes against the stupidity of the masses'.

That said, a few drinks in, sometimes the temptation to stroke your own ego in public is hard to resist. We are weak humanoids after all.

I'm not exactly redpill, but I think it raises some interest points and tells some truths. I only disclose some of my views to my best friend, because I know thinks like me and won't judge me. For most of the time, I will keep my mouth shut and sometimes discuss differences between men and women with other people at most.

I do occasionally. I don't use jargon like hypergamy or Briffault's law but I get my point across. I also don't drone on and give a sales pitch like I'm trying to sell Amway products. Truthfully I'm rarely the one who brings up a topic that leads to RP talking points but I will give my 2 cents when talking with a group of friends, a topic comes up and they ask my opinion. Otherwise I live and let live.

Personally, I don't think I've ever brought up any red pill talking points in real life. I may be a socially anxious loser but Im socially aware enough to know that it can be perceived negatively and in extreme cases result in you being recorded and uploaded to tiktok for women to dogpile on you for your beliefs. RedPill/Black pill concepts should be eased into very slowly in real life. You need to test the waters not go 0-100.
