I think "red pill" men by and large are probably pretty normal, but who nevertheless hold onto some very strange, inaccurate and often misogynistic views. I think for most of them if they actually found a woman they liked they'd ditch a lot of their "teachings" and would have the potential to be decent partners. However, I don't know why any woman alive would risk that on a hope.

This is particularly ironic to me. This is how red pill men talk about women, a much larger demographic of people than "red pill" men. So if this is a complaint, to me it would fall on deaf ears. If red pill men do not like negative generalizations lodged at them, perhaps they should refrain from doing the same thing for literally half the population at large, lol.

I think "red pill" men probably come from a background of being burned or not having great luck with women, so they may lack experience or have negative generalizations reinforced in their head and be a bit blind to anything else.

Impossible to say really, although certain things would become more obvious as time goes by, i.e. a man who is clearly non-committal you'd see that with time. And that would be a possible red flag for a red piller.

What if a man has Red Pill knowledge that he arrived at independently from the moniker. A man who doesn't even know "The Red Pill" is a thing but has still arrived at the same knowledge and conclusion as this body of knowledge? What would you do then? And why?

Not sure why this would be especially relevant. The behavior/values/beliefs are more important than the label itself.

I don't actually read into or know redpill philosophies very well. But I don't like to date people that:

- Employs specific tactics to get girls rather than being very straight forward and presenting themselves in an honest light when dating.

- Thinks about "winning" in a relationship or is not also thinking about the woman's best interests as well as his own while dating.

- Anyone who has sex outside of a committed relationship

- Someone who doesn't want marriage or a family

That generally filters out a lot of redpill people.

It seems like there are varying degrees of RP men though.

Some men read it, pick and choose certain aspects of TRP they like and that’s about it. They move on with their lives and are socially adept enough to not get sucked in.

Some men become deeply entrenched in TRP rhetoric that it becomes borderline incel like. Relentless misogyny and contempt for women, feeling worthless and angry, spending vast amounts of time online and never going outside, etc etc.

I’ve known a few men that I’m pretty sure are TRP, and they never once said it. There are hints - jargon they use, ideas that they believe, things they express. Even if they try to not reveal it, words they are used to using will slip out eventually in front of you. For example, one man talked to me about how he couldn’t manage to keep girlfriends because of the “hypergamy problem with women”… well, yeah gonna say he might be a red piller… never in my life has anyone else said something like that.

Another sign is if you actually try to date them they will play weird games with you… like “dread”, or “negging”. This is pretty easy to see when you have read about what it is. Many women don’t know what is going on but still think something is weird, I had a girlfriend tell me about her new boyfriend doing really weird shit and I realized it was all TRP advice (like agree & amplify) and told her about it. She looked at his computer and saw a bunch of whacky posts he made on manosphere sites. She said it explained so much, she had been thinking he had some weird mental illness causing strange social behaviors or something. (She broke up with him, some of his posts were about her and basically how he was manipulating her as advice to other men, which she wasn’t into at all.)

Another sign is a man who would never commit or marry, and wants multiple girlfriends (“plates”) at the same time. That is a turn off for many women who want a boyfriend or husband.

Also when men don’t like women much or think they are superior, the attitude can come off. They may try to hide it, but it’s actually hard to hide contempt for someone if you interact with them enough. They may let it slip they think your career is meaningless, or ignore you when talking or only really want to have sex with you and not actually do anything else together. They may or may not be TRP, but either way I would never date someone who had that attitude towards me.

And in fact, I rejected second dates with men like this when I was dating, which was before TRP existed. It’s not like TRP are the only misogynists, there are a lot. I’m not into men who hold such a pessimistic view of me based just on my gender, I only like men who want an egalitarian relationship and believe that is possible.

If these men actually wanted to focus on themselves then there wouldn't be a problem, I fully support self improvement.

However, most of these men are misogynists, claim all women are hypergamous and will divorce r*pe men while taking their kids, assume all women are lying when it comes to sexual assault allegations, get insulted when women don't feel comfortable being alone with a stranger (especially a man), claim that men are the head of the household, sleep around but shame women for doing the same, get annoyed when a woman doesn't want to have sex, gaslight people they supposedly care about, etc.

The best thing is when they say feminism is one of the worst movements ever but then associate themselves with a hate group. I'm not here to say if feminism is good or bad, but if they see it as evil and don't address the hypocrisy of hating all women while claiming that feminists hate all men then I don't know what to tell them.

The problem to me lies in how red chooses to deal with that. So basically redpill is a box of ideas that you can use to improve your goals. A couple of examples below:

One is that marriage is not necessarily a worthwhile thing as 50% of it end with divorce and half your assets gone.

this is true in a sense. But you could guard against it by for example having a prenup (which we did btw), and looking at other stats. People who get married young are more likely to divorce. People with higher education are less likely to divorce. Etc etc etc.
you could also guard against getting your assets taken by being the one to stay at home or marrying a woman who makes more than you. Yes I know rarer, but I've seen it happen. Actually I make more than my husband so you know, not impossible.

Alternatively don't commit and don't get married. Enjoy the decline.

as I said this is true. But it's not that looks overtake everything else. In all honesty what you need to do is get over the looks threshold. If a woman's threshold is 7, be at least a 7. All the breakups I know tend to happen because: the parties want different things in life, financial disagreements, arguments or the relationship has become borderline platonic. Last year I discovered TRP and honestly there's no way for me to totally know if the man I'm dating is have fallen into the rabbit hole. But I have the knowledge because of red pilled men. Few things that works for me:

- They tend to commit to very young girls. Men naturally likes young girls but with red pilled men is always too much.
- They dislike feminism, rarely understand what equality actually means and why it was needed in the first place. Lack of knowledge is real.
-They have an inexplicable need of control on women's sex. There are many many examples but I'll put this. For example, she's simply not in the mood right now (as a woman it happens) but TRP man thinks she's punishing him with no sex. Sex can be painful for women and when we're not in the mood (tireness, migrane, dryness vaginal, stress) we just can't force ourselves to do it. TRP man never understands it.
- They always play hard to get. The messages are never consistent and long.

Every red pill was once a blue pill. No one ever starts out a red pill and then becomes a blue pill. The red pill is 100% the result of someone not winning, because they followed the societal norm and got burned. So the real question isn't what to do with red pill guys, it's what to do with the blue pill. Because blue pill guys generally don't even know what we are talking about, but if they are doing everything they are told they should, and aren't getting any dates, or are in abusive relationships, then it's really only a matter of time before they go online and start looking for any other options of ideology. So instead of attacking a small group demographic that mostly just trolls online and hates the world, why not look at the main demographic and realize that it must not be accurate, at least on some level, and the main narrative of society must be adjusted. But there's no push for that. And in fact, it just keeps doubling down. And as long as that keeps happening, there is gonna be groups that react extreme in opposition.

Obviously there is the caricature of a red pill man, like you said - a guy who is so ungrateful for the probably many obscene advantages he’s been given in life that he has to reduce his one and perhaps only shortcoming to some kind of human behavioural conspiracy that has been waged against him. There are many exaggerated ways you could illustrate that guy, and I’m sure the guys who would fit into those illustrations are relatively few and far between.

But the more “everyman” kind of RP guy is honestly not much better, nor a more enjoyable person to spend your life with.

For both men and women, the belief that looks and status are even close to being everything when it comes to relationships is unbelievably damaging to any relationship you find yourself in. I can imagine that someone who self identifies as RP would be constantly worried that you were going to cheat on them with the first more conventionally attractive person that comes along. They could be insecure (reasonably, if they believe in RP) to a point of madness and obsession. They might believe that they are powerless in being a good or pleasing partner to you, simply because they’re not “in the top 20 percent”, and therefore let their efforts in attempted romance dwindle over time. Not to mention the fact that I would constantly wonder whether or not they only went for me because they believed I was “in their league” and the best they were gonna get, which is a horrible thing to think about your partner, but not outside the realm of reality for those in RP. It’s simply a horrible mindset to enter into a relationship with, even without being a caricature.

I imagine he would become lazy, entitled, and generally unpleasant to spend time with - if he were to even remain loyal (I mean why would he, right?).

There are a multitude of reasons that dating an RP man would not work for most women, and not all of them depend on defining RP men as ridiculous cartoons of what they really are. I’m sure many men would be equally annoyed by an RP woman - although perhaps for different reasons. RP men are given a worldview that allows them to resent, reduce, and blame women for their own perceived “shortcomings”, many of which are negligible in the first place.

Maybe you’re thinking about specifics or individual practices.

I read the TRP manual and basically if a man practices that to a T - doesn’t respect woman, believes women will never be mentally equal to him, believes all women are basically children, discusses relationship levels without empathy or love, keeps a very strict score about what we do for one another, works 12-16 hours a day, works out, doesn’t want a woman that has a higher salary than them, or believes in hypergamous ideals, etc i think that distinguishes them as red pill and there are many other factors but these are the biggest problems for me.

i think they’re just someone that follows similar TRP rules i guess. other men are just pretty chill. idk. hard to say, i only know American men and they’re chill i think.

i make more than like 80-90% of men my age, so i would be disqualified from being a potential girlfriend. i wouldnt need to know, a red pill man would never want me. so if they arrived at this conclusion i’m guessing they would dump me 😕

A red pilled man is not much of a man at all. It has a huge victim complex and is constantly whining. It is incapable of objectivity and speaks in anecdotes, bravado and exaggeration, usually deliberately omitting anything factual that doesn't adhere to its victim complex or make its gender look good.

It is self-serving and thinks in zero-sum terms where women exist to do its bidding but it owes the woman nothing in exchange. Many times the red pilled flaming bag of feces will have actually declared unironically that women owe it service, submission, cleaning, cooking loyalty and deference solely because of the accomplishments of other men, and the fact that it was born with a penis. And it owes women nothing meanwhile, not even fidelity, because "men are meant to spread their seed." In fact, the red pill turd would have no standards at all if not for double standards.

Not unlike your average gorilla or other lower life form, it knows how to do little else but eat, pick its ass and rut.

Even though I identify with many of the conclusions red pill asserts about women I don’t want to be a “red pill” guy because I feel like it requires you to lose a bit of your humanity and makes you callused. And if you ever did find the right virtuous woman (yes it’s extremely rare and you probably won’t meet them in a bar or club) you might run them away if you are a hard core red pill guy.

In no way am I defending blue pill, they are mostly naive about how things really work. I feel like most blue pill men are dudes who are at least 5’10 and up and are “naturals” with women or never really faced much adversity in dating. More likely to be conventionally attractive or have natural ambition to succeed career wise which makes them also susceptible to beta bux too moreso than red pill. I just don’t want to be so jaded as most red pill men seem like they have to be.
