What is stopping you from getting orthognathic surgery?

The transformation in the picture is entirely impossible.

You can't improve the brow ridge in that way, you can't improve the maxilla, forward growth, you can't change the eye area in any meaningful way.

The only thing you can fix, or improve is the jaw, or rather lower third.

If you spend any real time looking up surgeries you will discover that most of them have subpar results or no-one performs them, or are just too risky and dangerous.

Couple that with the fact that most incels have a poor skullshape and badly developed neck, many are bald and short, have thin wrists and narrow shoulders and what you're left are just good looking guys who have a recessed jaw. These are the only types that can improve with surgery. The only ones.
