Bernie supporter. I'd vote for trump. Definitely not Hillary. Would like to see the US shakeup if trump got in, for good or bad. Would rather a radically different politcal America than the fucked up shit we have now. Trump is the lesser of two evils, I do not want Hilary Clinton and her puppetmasters in control any longer.

If anything 4 years of trump rule will either start to fix America or fuck it up so bad that the general public move to the left/socialism.

I am by no means an unconditional supporter of Trump. I think he can be obnoxious, easily baited, and at this point I can't tell whether he really is that clueless or he's trying to bait the media into hysterics as a political tactic.

My attitude towards Trump ultimately boils down to "the enemy of my enemy is my friend". I also think the single best argument in favor of Trump is this:

If Trump gets in, I'm fairly confident that the checks and balances of the American political system will function as intended, if not better than average. The media will watch him like a hawk, he can't take the support of congressional Republicans for granted, nor will he be able to pull the stunts Obama has, after branding himself the "law and order candidate". If Crooked Hillary gets in, I have zero confidence those checks and balances will function.

I lean red, but also lean left (ironically, the colour is related to the wing), so would not be a Trump or Clinton supporter if I were an American. Bernie Sanders is more my speed.

I don't think understanding sexual dynamics between the sexes and politics are related. One is or ought to be an apolitical enterprise, to do with acquiring knowledge, the other is an expression of how one believes society should be organised.

Nevertheless, people do conflate the goals of both, because they let their personal biases get in the way of the quest for knowledge and objective truth.

I'll probably vote for Trump, but wouldn't call myself a 'Trump person'. I supported another guy in the primaries and Trump was not one of my top 5 picks, but to my mind Hillary would be worse for the country than Trump could possibly be.

As for the overlap, I'd say the main appeal from an RP perspective is Trump's refusal to play the SJW game of 'political correctness'. He's also an unabashed nationalist, which appeals to the 'conservative' element.

I probably won't vote for Trump but am endlessly entertained by him. His tendency to shit all over political correctness and enrage people without apology is a thing of beauty. I am also 80% convinced Trump knows exactly what he's doing and is deliberately trolling the entire planet for the fuck of doing it because he's old, rich and he can. Blatantly plagiarizing Michelle Obama's speech and rick rolling everyone in it is fucking legendary, and the fact that he goes so far over everyone's heads just makes it better.

I also love Trump because he takes a giant shit on the actual Republican Party, which has annoyed me for a long time for various reasons. To me, Trump looks like the Joker in Batman the Dark Knight: there are all the crime lords (normal GOP leaders) convening in an organized meeting, then suddenly the Joker (Trump) shows up and everyone groans. They don't take him seriously and cannot figure out what he wants, and neither can he, but he ends up stomping them all out anyways and creating chaos for the fuck of doing it. The Joker says something like "The gang leaders are not different from the Mayors. They're schemers who want to control things in an organized fashion. I'm like the dog chasing a car even if I caught it, IDK what I'd do with it."

Also, if you are a red pill follower and anti trump, what are your thoughts on the connection/correlation (or at very least the shared terminology - cucks, alpha, sjw, etc.).

Online RP communities/sites/YT fanbases blend the gender red pill (r/TRP is limited to this) with the racial, multiculti, globalization red pill, so there's a large overlap there. r/TRP avoids all these other "obvious extensions" of the red pill for 2 reasons: staying race inclusive for more members, avoiding being quarantined by reddit

Bernie was my first choice, I'd like to see our government look more like the social democracies of Europe, at least on social programs. I was unemployed for a few months in my 20s and not having any kind of health care was terrifying, fuck that , basic health care should be an entitlement

What an odd mindset. I don't support Trump because he is unqualified for the position and I personally just think a crappy person. I don't support Hillary because she is quite honestly a cunt. She may very be able to handle the demands of the office, I think she is every single one of the worst words I could think of when describing a person. I would rather my local mayor be President. I like quite a few of Johnsons policies on things but not a ton of his economic ideas. I like Stein as well.

Don't know that living a Red Pill life and voting patterns necessarily correlate. An intelligent person would vote for who they honestly think will do the most good for the country based on their abilities and ideas. It shouldn't be, "I'm alpha, so of course I vote conservative."

Red Pillers (by the very nature of the red pill) tend to lean right and run the gamut from just left of centre to alt right.

I think government pricing limits would be better for making the world more livable. If the government said you can only charge so much for an apartment in this area or a house in this area, or could only charge so much for college tuition depending on the type, it would be a lot better. Prices are spiraling out of control and the government needs to clamp down. Plus it wouldn't require any extra money from taxpayers. They should also boost productivity by giving people guaranteed work and pay if they need it.
