Let’s be honest; women liking attractive men leaves a bad taste in people’s mouths; even their own. When asked what she likes in the opposite sex, 9 times/10 a woman will respond with completely non-physical traits, even if she has physical features in mind. A man on the other hand will be open about the physical feats he likes in a woman. Both genders care about appearance but it’s obvious that one carries a LOT more shame than the other.
What’s the psychological, societal or evolutionary reason for this?
