Men get ghosted a crap ton and never demand anything. It’s women getting butt hurt over the fact some people lose interest or have a personal life that can interfere at any moment. And demanding money because of it.

That’s too old. For any decent man. At that age you’re miles past your best, probably can’t have children. You are over. Sorry but that’s the reality. You are absolutely no man’s romantic dream.

If you’re a woman and you actively do want a relationship with a man possibly leading to a life partner you’ve got no excuse whatsoever to get to that age if you’re in any way reasonably attractive enough. No woman above a 5/10 gets to 38 still single without having simply vastly overestimated her own attractiveness and not being willing to settle (or what she sees as settle).

The men left at 40+ are either truly horrendously unattractive, or complete cads and bounders who literally never wanted to pair off with anyone ever. Or divorced with kids I guess.

Sorry hun but by no stretch of the imagination are you in any position to be making demands.

Oh and finally the fact that the people you went out with were rich enough to shrug and pony up $50 just for the peace and quiet of having you shut up shows exactly the kind of men you’re chasing.

This is one of the weirdest things I have ever seen, it just comes across as bitter and immature. In no world should a grown adult not be able to handle rejection or a bad date and ask to be paid for their time.

I do disagree that it will become a trend, I am sure some extreme people will do it as a petty statement to feel righteous but overall I doubt this has legs.

You asked for a woman’s perspective if I was asked to put a deposit on a date… I would wonder what makes him think he is so special that he is worth that and probably laugh and think he is out of his mind. I think the same thing about any woman that would ask this too.
