How well do you think this sums up a lot of the back and forth here?

People complain about average men --- men that they don't get enough due, mainly.

So, the man squarely in the middle of the male distribution probably looks a lot different than a man at the mean, due to all the outliers.

Could it be that if you use the mean, men possess attributes consistent with whatever people mean (ha) when they say top 20%, whereas if you use the median they (obviously) do not?
