As is widely known on this sub, women find most men unattractive. Is there a correlation between this and the fact that most men are out of shape? Especially in America, most men are either weak and scrawny, skinnyfat, or just plain fat.
Gaining muscle, and more importantly, losing body fat can make a HUGE impact on a guy's appearance. Even going from 15% to 12% body fat can be the difference between average looking guy and male model because of how your cheek and jawline bones become more defined.

I understand that genetic characteristics like your face and height can't be changed, but I bet a LOT of men would be more handsome if they got in shape and took better care of their bodies.
